Kate Coleridge

Growing up in a family who spent much of their lives in Africa, Kate was drawn to the continent from an early age. After graduating from university and working for a few years in a marketing role in London, Kate returned to Africa in search of a more exciting life. She settled in The Waterberg region of South Africa and watched as the impressive Leobo Observatory was built on the next-door reserve. A couple of years later, Kate launched Leobo to the international travel market and her love for contemporary, luxury houses began. Since then, Kate has launched Vamizi Island’s villas, Arijiju House, and Xanadu Villas, and represented properties such as North Island in the Seychelles. Kate recognised early on that there is much more to Africa than game drives and ultimately the biggest luxury is privacy. Since then, Kate has spent the last 10 years exploring the best private houses, private reserves, and private islands in Africa.
